Spar Nord is once again, this time in 2015, involved in the Tall Ships Races because the event again intends to provide delightful experiences for the hundreds of thousands of visitors.
It is also largely a matter of meeting our customers, partners and local residents in a way that goes beyond banking and money. Just as when we get together for a marvellous AaB match or a magnificent performance at the Aalborg Congress and Culture Centre. Spar Nord is the principal sponsor at both venues.

We are very much looking forward to seeing the beautiful ships grace the port and meeting numerous crew members on the streets of our city, and we also look forward once again to a rewarding, constructive collaborative effort with Aalborg Municipality and the business community.

Right now ideas are being collected and ambitious plans are being laid. Three times – in 1999, 2004 and 2010 – the Chief Port Sponsor provided good weather. Although we make no promises, we believe that summery weather will once again prevail for the 2015 Tall Ships Races in Aalborg.
